When life feels overwhelming or uncertain, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself and your sense of direction. Therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters to you. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can challenge our sense of stability and leave us feeling vulnerable or disconnected.
I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding and self-compassion. You already carry the capacity for growth and healing, but sometimes we need support to recognize it. Therapy offers a fresh perspective to help you break free from old patterns, develop new skills, and respond more intentionally to life’s challenges.
My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where curiosity replaces self-criticism, and where your strengths, resilience, and well-being are at the center of the work we do together.
