I believe that there are many paths to successful recovery that will work with your goals and desires, and ensure you can make the life changes you want to make. Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms?
Therapy can help to uncover the underlying causes of your worries and fears, learn how to relax, look at situations in a new, less frightening way, and develop better coping mechanisms and problem-solving skills such as coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder).

Developing a sense of self or an identity is an essential part of every individual becoming mature. Identity or parts of identity may be classified by any number of things such as religion, gender, or ethnicity. Some traits, such as race, are set at birth. Some traits may be modified later in life such as language(s) spoken or religious preferences. Struggling with various parts of identity is natural and normal. Developing an identity or sense of self and those traits a person desires to have can take time and may be challenging. Not having a strong sense of self or struggling with identity issues may lead to anxiety and insecurity. (Good Therapy)
Therapy can support you in understanding, accepting, and strengthening one’s sense of self through the exploration of family, work, and personal values; addressing issues such as, race, class, gender, and sexual orientation, in the context of self experience

Has your life been touched by a major event such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes? Are you having a hard time moving through and past the emotional turmoil? Do you feel completely stuck and like you need guidance getting back on track?
Change, even difficult change that is neither wanted nor expected, can influence personal growth. Change gives us the opportunity to see what we’re made of; to become stronger, more confident, and better prepared for what life throws at us next. With each new challenge, we develop new personal skills and obtain a greater awareness of ourselves, our families, and our communities.
With the right tools and mindset, you have the power to not only overcome any adversity but also transform into a more authentic and confident version of yourself.

For many pet owners, our pets are much more than companions: they're family. Losing a pet can make you feel overwhelmed with painful emotions. You might feel like there's a piece of you missing that you'll never get back; you don't know how to move forward, but you know you can't stay in this moment of grief forever.
There are many ways to help yourself process the loss of a pet and move toward a place of healing. Meditation, exercise, and healthy eating are some simple ways to help yourself. Actively grieving by volunteering your time or doing something to honor the memory of your pet can also help you cope with your loss. How long it takes to grieve the loss of your pet is entirely personal. Don't try to hurry the process, but at the same time, do not prolong it. Remember that the amount of time spent in mourning is not a measure of how much you loved the one you lost.

• Identify and shift limiting thoughts and behaviors
• Shift negative mental blocks
• Let go of unreal expectations of self and others
• Enable you to understand your potential and embrace a new life purpose

"Effective stress management helps you break the hold stress has on your life, so you can be happier, healthier, and more productive. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun—and the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head on. But stress management is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why it’s important to experiment and find out what works best for you." (HelpGuide.org)
Together, we will work on identifying sources of stress, developing and strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress; and managing expectations of self and others
